Program Description

Depending on the communication you request or consent to receive, EMZY IOS text messages may include demo-request follow-up, appointment or meeting coordination, product or service information, customer-support communications, service or account notifications, and other EMZY IOS-related updates. Marketing or promotional text messages will be sent only where the recipient has provided the consent required for that type of communication.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

You may opt in to receive text messages through an EMZY IOS website form, registration process, written request, or another method that clearly identifies the messaging program and your consent. By opting in, you authorize EMZY IOS to send text messages to the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology where applicable.

Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing products or services from EMZY IOS.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide, or that you have authority to consent to receiving messages at that number.

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with EMZY IOS, the communications you request, and the services or information involved.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages according to your wireless plan.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of an EMZY IOS text-messaging program at any time by replying STOP to a message from that program. After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message. You will not receive additional messages from that program unless you opt in again, except where a message is legally permitted or necessary to process your request.

Carrier Availability and Delivery

Text-message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. EMZY IOS does not guarantee that every text message will be delivered or received within a specific period of time.

Privacy and Mobile Information

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the EMZY IOS Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use service providers to deliver or support our messaging program. Those providers may receive limited information as necessary to perform messaging services on our behalf. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sensitive Information

Do not send sensitive financial information, passwords, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, protected health information, or confidential client information to EMZY IOS by text message unless EMZY IOS has specifically provided a secure method for that information.

Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms as our messaging programs, services, technologies, or legal obligations change. The Effective Date at the top of this section identifies the date of the most recent material revision.
